Who the heck are these people?
My love of hot sauces and spicy foods began with my family's travels to Mexico, the Caribbean, and the U.S. Southwest. Growing up in rural Upstate New York, these flavors, spices, and heat were unlike anything I'd had before. And they were addicting.
Soon, we found that our collection of hot sauces kept growing, and we were sharing them with our family and friends. So we asked, "Why not spread them even more?" That led to the launch of our retail site, Doc Hotties, in 2015, which we then sold in 2022.
While we no longer actively sell hot sauces and spicy foods, we made some great friendships with hot sauce makers and influencers, and we still love our spicy foods and recipes. So now we talk about them here at Fyre Eaters.
