Taco Bell has brought back their cult favorite Nacho Fries, but with a twist. This time around, Taco Bell has teamed up with Portland, Oregon-based hot sauce company, Secret Aardvark.
Much like the Nacho Fries, Secret Aardvark's sauces have been a consistent fan favorite for years. The approachable heat levels (i.e., the sauces aren't very spicy by spice head standards), and solid flavor profile, has made Secret Aardvark's sauces the go-to for slathering on burgers, wings, and more.
The new Nacho Fries recipe features SA's Serrabanero (a serrano and habanero combo with tomatillo, garlic, and cilantro) with ranch.
Early reviews of the combo are mixed. Brian Ambs, a hot sauce reviewer on YouTube, said that, "...Nowhere in this is it reminding me or tasting of that sauce."
